Calling all crafty kids!

Come and join us for a weekly session of crafty fun! Try hand sewing, beading, weaving, working with yarn and much more. Each week you’ll create a new project that you can then take home to wear, play with or proudly display in your room.

All materials are included in the cost of enrolment and will be provided for you each week. GST is also included in the cost.

Details:

10 sessions run for 45 minutes each week, starting in Week 2 and continuing throughout the rest of Term 1.

When: Thursday afternoons (7th February - 11th April, 2019)

Time: 3:45 - 4:30pm

Where: Woodcroft Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre, 175 Bains Road, Morphett Vale

Suitable for: 5-7 year olds

What to bring: a drink bottle with water

Enrolment

To enrol your child in this activity, please click on ‘Add to Cart’. An enrolment form will then pop up for you to complete online. Once you have clicked to submit the form, you’ll see that your ‘shopping cart’ has an item in it (it normally appears near the top right corner of your screen). Click on the shopping cart and you will then be asked for your payment details. Once we have received your payment, you will receive an email confirming that your child has been enrolled. (If you don’t see this in your Inbox, please check your junk mail folder.) Please continue to keep an eye on your email for any updates that we may send you about the activity. Thank you.

If you would like to enrol more than one child, please add one enrolment to your cart at a time so that we are able to collect the necessary information about each child. Thanks for your assistance with this.

Safety, Wellbeing and Behaviour

Create Space Adelaide prioritises the safety, health and wellbeing of all participants.

In order to help us protect the safety of your child, we require that you sign your child in and out of the activity each day on our sign in sheet. If someone other than yourself will be collecting your child, please notify us in advance.

We also ask that you provide us, on the enrolment form (which will appear as part of the payment process for booking this activity), information about your child’s allergy, health or other needs, and about any court order that your child may be subject to. Please be assured this information will remain confidential.

We offer these activities as a fun learning experience for your child. As the sessions involve the use of sewing needles, scissors and other similar tools, it is important for everybody’s safety and enjoyment that children behave responsibly and appropriately. No bullying or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated. Any instances of inappropriate or unsafe behaviour will result in the child’s parent, guardian or emergency contact being called to pick them up immediately.

Refunds

Unfortunately no refunds will be available for cancellations after 4pm Tuesday 22nd January, 2019. If your child is no longer able to attend, you are welcome to transfer the enrolment to another child as long as you inform us by email (you will receive our contact email address when we email your booking confirmation, or you can use the contact button in the footer of our website) and the parent or guardian of the new child provides us by email with their enrolment information (name, age, parent/guardian name, address, contact phone number and email, emergency contact name and phone number, and details of any allergies, health or other issues). Thank you.

We reserve the right to cancel the activity if there are insufficient enrolments. If this occurs, we will notify you by email by Thursday 24th January and you will receive a full refund.
